Want to open a small hotel or resort in...

We are a couple from China. We also like couple exchanges and like Thailand. We would like to go to Thailand at the end of this year to investigate about opening a small resort or hotel. If we only receive couples and conduct couple exchange activities there , is such behavior illegal in Thailand? Are there many hotels and resorts in Thailand that only accommodate couples? Is our plan feasible? Is there anyone familiar with the situation in Thailand who can provide help in this regard?
