How to show I am serious?

so I registered to this forum today and with quick glance saw that it has a same problem like all of the similar forums - lots of fake profile.
So I wanted to ask the member what's your opinion on how to show that profile is real and serious?
Of course beside two obvious ways: paying for the verified sign (which I am not interested in the moment) and posting pictures (which I am going to do soon).
