Hosting a swingers party

Since swinger is a rare thing in Namibia, I would like to try hosting a swingers party. Would like it to be very discreet and exclusive.
Will start an "invitation only" group, after carefully scanning all the applicants ( preferably more couples and ladies). Get a location, a lodge nearby where we can all enjoy a memorable weekend away, fun and games and activities to enjoy each other on a deeper level. Feel free to let me know what you guys think
